For normal products, delivery takes about 15 days. For customised goods, 15–20 days. You can send a sample, and we will produce accordingly. We accept OEM and ODM. Before sale, we help with material selection. Sampling takes 5–7 days and we keep the parameters. During production, you get progress reports. Third-party inspection is accepted. We offer a 6-month warranty covering coating peeling and colour difference. If we are responsible, we send free replacement or refund. After sales, we respond within 48 hours.
