Strong Base and Effective PU Coating
We have worked in textiles since 1986. pu coated waterproof fabric uses a strong base fabric. We often use polyester oxford or nylon. Both are strong. Then we add a PU coating. PU stands for polyurethane. This coating makes the fabric completely waterproof. Water cannot go through. We have done hydrostatic pressure tests. Rain is no problem. The coating also resists oil and dirt. Dirt wipes off easily. We have three coating lines. We test every batch for quality. Our process is very mature.
