Strong Oxford Base and Geometric Quilting
Our factory started in 1986. patterned quilted fabric uses 600D polyester oxford as the top layer. This oxford is resistant to wear and pulling. We add a middle layer of bonded cotton or sponge. Then a computer quilting machine creates geometric patterns. Lines are straight, and angles are accurate. Stitch spacing is even. This process fixes all three layers firmly. The filling does not shift or clump. We own multi-head quilting equipment. Accuracy is high, and output is good.

Our Production Scale and Service Guarantee
We have a 60-acre factory. We have 120 workers. Monthly output is 1.5 million meters. Minimum order is 1,000 metres. Standard orders take about 15 days. Custom orders take 15–20 days. Repeat orders are faster. You send a sample, and we make it. Before sale, we give material advice. We analyse your sample and make a quick sample in 5-7 days. During production, you get progress reports. Third-party inspection is accepted. We give a 6-month warranty for quilting defects and colour difference. We respond within 48 hours. If we are at fault, we replace or refund.
