Our company focuses on quilted and embroidered fabric. This all over quilted fabric uses oxford as the top layer. The base can be 300D or 600D oxford. You can choose based on your need. We add bonded cotton in the middle. Then we use a computer quilting and embroidery machine to make patterns on the whole surface. The entire fabric is covered with stitching. The pattern is continuous. No blank areas. Stitch spacing is even. The pattern is very detailed. This process requires high-precision pattern making. We have our own R&D team.
