Our company started in 1986. pvc oxford fabric uses a polyester oxford base. We offer 300D or 600D, depending on what you need. Both are strong. The weave is plain. The fabric is stable. Then we add a PVC coating. PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride. The coating is even and glossy. It makes the fabric completely waterproof. Water turns into beads and runs off. It never enters the fabric. The coating also blocks dust and moisture. We have three high-speed coating lines. We check every batch with our own equipment. Our experience is nearly 40 years.

This fabric resists wear very well. Rubbing does not create fluff. Strong pulling does not tear it. The hand feel is medium-stiff. Finished goods keep a good shape. Bags do not go limp. Car covers stay in place. Colour fastness is high. Washing does not remove colour. Wrinkles are few. Sunlight does not age it fast. pvc oxford fabric has been tested in many foreign markets. It works for luggage, outdoor tents, car covers, dust covers, pet products, and outdoor furniture. Many old customers reorder every year.
Our Capacity and Complete Service
We have a 60-acre factory. We have 120 workers. Monthly output is about 1.5 million meters. You can place large orders easily. Minimum order is 1,000 meters. Standard orders take about 15 days. Custom orders take 15–20 days. You send a sample, and we make it. We support OEM and ODM. Before sale, we help you pick the right material. Sampling takes 5–7 days and we keep the settings. During production, you get reports. Third-party inspection is accepted. We give a 6-month warranty from shipment. It covers coating peeling and colour difference. If it is our fault, we send free replacement or refund. After sale, we respond within 48 hours. We have a special person for service.
