Standard dry, well-ventilated environments: Turn over every 3–6 months; occasional light sun exposure and airing out are also recommended to prevent irreversible creases caused by prolonged pressure.
High-humidity or rainy regions: Turn over and inspect every 1–2 months to check for signs of dampness or mold, thereby minimizing the risk of fabric damage.
Long-term storage: Turn over, air out, and inspect the condition at least once every 6 months to prevent the filling from clumping and the fabric from sticking together.
Handle with care when turning to avoid pulling or snagging the quilting threads; when returning the item to its storage spot after inspection, adjust its position to prevent deformation caused by localized, prolonged pressure.
